Hey, I’m Rob! You might know me from my YouTube tutorials, but I’m excited to be your new guitar teacher.

Less of a lecture- more like making music. My lessons feel more like a jam session with friends than a lecture. We go over “little chords” first—getting your fingers moving and building strength. That means practic and lessons feel more like playing and making music.

I’ll weave the theory in naturally as we play. Before you know it, you’ll be rocking out to your favorite songs and actually understanding how they work—without it ever feeling like homework.

Private Lesson Pricing:

  • Lessons are priced at $35 for each 30-minute session and sold in Packs of five (5) at a time.
  • Lessons are purchased in packs of five (5) at a time.
  • Lesson purchases are non-refundable and expire 90 days after purchase.
  • There are no contracts or enrollment fees.

Goal Setting and Milestones

We will establish individual goals and milestones with each player. These may include home practice, technique demonstrations, and independent learning objectives, which we will discuss during the second lesson. The first lesson serves as an introduction. Milestones will be celebrated through recitals or public performances, which can be formal, like a school theater, or more casual, like playing in a local park. These occasions are designed to celebrate your progress and can be tailored to your specific needs to help you on your musical journey.

Lesson Location, Your Home or Mine

  • Location: Lessons are hosted in my home studio, and parents/guardians are encouraged to join. The address will be provided upon contact.
  • In-Home Lessons: If you prefer lessons at your home, we can arrange that as well. Please note that a travel fee may apply for locations more than a 10-minute drive from my house.
